![]() ![]() ![]() Going into how the game felt, Street Fighter V’s game play felt similar to Street Fighter III: Third Strike. Street Fighter V Online Match 2nd Beta PC. Each character has their own Critical Art, usually dealing a tremendous amount of damage to the opponent. And, of course, it wouldn’t be Street Fighter without having a super move, known as a Critical Art. As always, each character has unique special moves. Additionally, the game has its own unique mechanics: V-Skill, or an attack that is unique to each character (and fills the V-Gauge, in order to use V-Trigger or V-Reversal) V-Trigger, which is a character-specific enhancement or attack and V-Reversal, a unique move to either deal “white damage” (damage that can be recovered if your opponent is not hit again, similar to Alpha Counters from Street Fighter Alpha 3 or Skullgirls), or to get away from your opponent at the cost of one V-Trigger bar. As with most games in the series, Street Fighter V has the traditional six button layout, with three punches and three kicks, each having different strengths and attack actions. ![]() Generally speaking, if you played and like the Street Fighter III series (particularly, Third Strike), you’ll feel right at home here.
